If you are going through hell...keep going.

begging for love...
i thought of this title a few days ago...

to you, with love
I wish I was deaf so I couldn’t hear the screaming
Why don’t you kill me so I can stop the dreaming.
I wish I was blind so I couldn’t see them together
Why don’t you kill me so I can lay here forever.
You're killing me slowly every passing day
Pushing the dagger deeper with every word you say.
Did I stab myself or did you drive the dagger in?
Now I can see there is no way I can possibly win.
I reached for your rose but quickly pulled my hand back
My hand is cut from the thorns of your rose which is black.
You freeze everyone you touch with your ice heart
Then you walk past and break them apart.
I wish I was deaf so I couldn’t hear the screaming
Why don’t you kill me so I can stop the dreaming.
I wish I was blind so I couldn’t see them together
Why don’t you kill me so I can lay here forever

stories
Stories of fairies I still believe
Of little people and politeness
The life that leads to happiness for all times
It still exists in my mind
I guess growing up isn't as hard as I thought
I still have my imagination that kid inside
Stumbling across the straight path
Finding new ways to walk
I can't seem to stop
The wind comes as it pleases
Sweeping me up every time I look down
There will be tomorrow when today's brown
There is faith when hope is gone
The sanguine youth
The sadness of betrayal will last
The sweetness of laughter everyday is forever
Give me colours so I can paint
Give me love so I can live
Give me you so I’ll have us

if i were written
If I were written,
how would I taste?
I could be a dictionary
- bland -
yet a necessity.
It’s possible I could have
the flavour of receipts,
spit me out,
get your money back –
it won’t affect your
statutory rights.
Perhaps I’d be
a top-shelf magazine –
an addictive tang kept as a treat.
Maybe you’d trace
your tongue
over me,
as if I were the icing of a sonnet.
If I were written,
I wonder if you’d try me
at all.
